For years now green juices have played a very important part in my life on my Health/ fitness journey. I must say green juices are a great way to eat your greens.they often contain kale or spinach,as well as cucumber.You also can add green vegetables like celery,broccoli, or romaine lettuce. One or two green apples would be great to add mild sweetness..
